Fitness Training

This can be done one-to-one or in groups, and every individual will receive a fitness programme suited to them. The training plan is designed to fit your needs and, depending on what these needs are, specific types of exercise will be used. The range can include: yoga, weights, body weight, boxing, mobility, pilates, kettlebells, cables and many other forms of effective training.

Craig will always use the best exercises suited to your goals, lifestyle and likes/dislikes, and will always add an element of fun into your routine.

All sessions will be used to build posture, mobility, health and energy levels along with acheiving your desired outcomes.

Craig can either come to you or you can visit him at Escape Health Club in Edinburgh.

(Before any fitness training starts a Lifestyle Consultation must be done.)
