Craig Ali's Biography

Craig began exploring health & fitness at the age of 15 and has been living and breathing the concepts ever since. His studies have been extremely diverse, as he first of all looked at health from a scientific and clinical view then went on to study alternative health and recovery therapies in northern Thailand. Along with this he has gained valuable practical experience practicing as a fitness trainer, masseur and lifestyle consultant for almost a decade. Throughout this time he has worked alongside psychologists, kinesiology, acupuncture, nutrition and rehabilitation therapists plus motivational coaches and speakers.

His passion, knowledge and experience have helped and is currently helping many people achieve amazing results physically, emotionally and mentally. He has the ability to motivate, coach and implement an effective health and fitness plan into anyone's life.

His varied experience helped Craig create the Total Health System, which combines exercise, nutrition and recovery strategies to boost performance, energy and motivation whilst reducing stress and tension. He has also created Total Movement, an exercise system that builds breathing, mobility, flexibility, posture and strength to enhance well-being and performance.

Craig has used these strategies to improve the performance and health of a diverse group of people including: Mark Beaumont (the ultra-endurance athlete that cycled round the world), Rick Young (British, European, 3x Pan American & Master & Senior World Champion in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu), Stephen Glass (former Aberdeen, Newcastle, Watford and Hibernian football player), Judges, Advocates, Ambassadors, Students and Pensioners.

Personally he continues to further his knowledge in health, lifestyle, fitness and sport and is also dedicated to training and competing in martial arts. He also really enjoys winding down and tucking into a nice meal followed by a tasty slice of cake!
