
As a professional athlete I have always had coaches and specialists to help keep me in peak condition. With me now reaching the later years of my career I felt more help was needed to sustain this high level of fitness and avoid injuries.

He has helped my wife stay motivated and improve all over muscle tone by adapting her exercise regime regularly. His programmes have been specific for her goals and always kept interesting.
