
GETTING PERSONAL
As a middle-aged woman who lacks will power, exercising on a one-to-one basis was worth every penny. Working out with a personal trainer means your progress in monitored closely and your programme can be adapted to take into account changing schedules, diet and goals as well as to ensure that you are always being encouraged to meet your full potential. After an initial consultation with Craig Ali I saw results in the first week and over the next couple of months I noticed a change in my body shape, which motivated me to continue with my personal fitness programme. My goal of losing weight and gaining fitness has been realised beyond my expectations. Expect to work hard though and suffer the occasional blip but Craig will get you through that with his words of wisdom!
The exercises he devised for me (which included home workouts) have focused on specific areas of my body which means I have lost the weight in proportion. Every session was different so I was never bored; every obstacle I encountered was resolved; every question I asked was answered.
I have dropped two dress sizes now, my muscles are toned and my body fat has reduced considerably. I have lost over 2 stone in three months; I feel healthy, have more energy and have permanently adjusted my lifestyle so I can continue building on what I have learnt with confidence.
Its not just about losing weight, Craig’s programme has helped build my confidence and self-esteem. His work has empowered me to take control of my life again. His unfailing support, exceptional ability and professionalism have produced results that have changed my life and for that I will be eternally grateful. I know I would never have been able to achieve this success without his inspiration and expertise.
