
When I was looking for a personal trainer over 4 years ago, I wanted to find someone who would listen and understand my personal requirements and had a more holistic approach to fitness with the interpersonal skills and motivation to keep me inspired whilst maintaining a weight loss programme.
Through Craig's constantly changing fitness programmes over the past 4 years, I have lost over 4 stone and have maintained my weight loss. Craig continues to inspire and motivate, even on days when I do not feel like exercising.
