
Seeing Craig regularly at the same time each week for training sessions has really helped me to introduce a bit of structure to my previously erratic fitness regime. Craig is very knowledgeable on everything from how to put together a decent CV workout session to how to bring in stretching and mobility work to increase conditioning and address any niggling injuries. And on top of all that he's a really nice guy, not a Lycra-clad egomaniac extra from 'Gladiators' like some personal trainers!
