The Benefits of Personal Training

I have trained for a number of years in the gym, working both to my own, and instructor designed programmes. Having decided to take my training to ‘the next level’ in terms of muscle tone and overall body shape, I felt I needed the help of a personal trainer, as I did not have the knowledge or expertise required.

Understanding my goal, Craig has designed progressive programmes, to ensure that my training will achieve the desired level of muscle development and tone. I’ve had help and information on my diet, taking in to account my lifestyle, which I have found invaluable when training hard!

I would definitely recommend using a personal trainer, whatever your fitness goal is. Craig keeps me motivated, focused and progressing to achieve what I want. More importantly, through encouragement, he’s made me realise what I’m capable of achieving and that, despite the aching muscles, has kept me coming back for more!
